4. Minimum payout: €50 (commissions below this roll over to next month). Commissions are confirmed 7 days after the car is returned.

How does the tracking work?
When someone clicks your unique referral link (auroicecarrental.com/?ref=YOURCODE), a 30-day tracking cookie is stored. If they book within those 30 days, the booking is attributed to your account. We track all clicks, bookings, and conversions automatically. Bookings made with your personal discount code are always attributed to you, even without the link.

We work with travel bloggers, social media influencers, tourism agencies, hotels,
tour operators, and anyone who has an audience interested in visiting Iceland.
After applying, our team reviews your platform/audience to ensure good fit.
How much can I earn?
Commission rates range from 5-15% depending on partner type:
- Content Creators: 5% commission
- Tourism Agencies: 10% commission

When do I get paid?
Monthly. At the beginning of each month you receive a PDF commission statement, send us an invoice, and we pay within 30 days by bank transfer. Minimum payout is €50.
What commission am I paid on?
Commission is calculated on the vehicle rental price excluding VAT. This excludes insurance, extras, delivery fees, and other add-ons. Commission applies only to completed rentals — cancelled, unpaid and no-show bookings, as well as bookings you make for yourself, are not eligible. Commissions are confirmed 7 days after the car is returned.
Can I offer discounts to my audience?
Yes! We provide you with a custom discount code (typically 5-10% off). Your audience
gets a discount, but your commission is always calculated on the full price excluding VAT. This means everyone benefits - your followers save money, and you still earn full commission.
Is there a dashboard to track my earnings?
Yes. Every partner gets a personal dashboard with clicks, bookings, earnings, payout history and PDF statements, a link builder and marketing materials. You can also update your payout details there.
What if I have questions or issues?
You have direct email contact with our partnership team (partners@auroicecarrental.com) and dedicated WhatsApp support. We respond within 24 hours and help resolve any tracking or payment questions quickly.
Can I promote on Google Ads or paid search?
You may not bid on "Auro ICE Car Rental" or exact brand-name keywords in Google Ads or other paid search platforms. However, you're free to use general Iceland car rental terms and geo-targeted campaigns. Please disclose in your campaigns that you earn commission on referrals.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 2-3 business days. If approved, we send you
