1.1. This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is between Auro ICE Car Rental ("Lessor") and the person/entity renting the vehicle ("Lessee").

7.1. A grace period of 29 minutes applies after the agreed return time.
7.2. Returns more than 3 hours late will incur a full additional day charge.

12.1. Campervans are delivered fully equipped with bedding sets, kitchenware, cookware, gas tank with camping stove, portable grill, camping furniture, mini fridge/electric cooler, Webasto heating system, and electrical accessories.
12.2. Lessee must verify all equipment at pickup. Any missing or damaged items must be reported before departure. Failure to report constitutes acceptance of all equipment as complete and in good condition.
12.3. All equipment must be used for its intended purpose only. Gas equipment must never be used inside enclosed spaces.
12.4. Upon return, the campervan and all equipment must be returned clean and tidy. All dishes washed, grill cleaned, fridge emptied and dry, all waste removed, equipment stored in designated locations.
12.5. Cleaning and damage fees apply according to the Campervan Fee Schedule (Appendix A). Key fees include: excessive interior cleaning ISK 25,000, deep cleaning up to ISK 40,000, grill not cleaned ISK 12,000, fridge not emptied ISK 10,000, smoking/vaping ISK 60,000–80,000.
12.6. Lessee bears full responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or excessive wear of equipment during the rental period.
12.7. Icelandic weather conditions may be severe. Lessee must secure all outdoor equipment against wind, and protect equipment from water, sand, volcanic ash, and storm damage. Damage from negligence in adverse weather is not considered normal wear and tear.
